Fighting Fatigue

DO you seem to run out of energy by mid-afternoon? Here are some quick easy things that could help you stay refreshed, alert and focused:

Get some fresh air
. Go outside and breathe deeply, be sure you're free from smoke and gas fumes.

Take a walk,
or get some other form of activity during your lunch break.

Rehydrate yourself.
Have a drink of water. Dehydration can leave you feeling sluggish and lazy.

Choose your food wisely.
High carb and high fat meals are a no-no. Eating too much food can leave you feeling sleepy.

Have a snack.
Having hyperglycemia or low blood sugar can contribute to a lack of energy and difficulty concentrating.
