Finally after a month's long hiatus! Krrey_boo's back! After two days of mind-wracking, nose-bleeding and head scratching board examinations... I'm back into the amazing blogosphere! I surely do miss blogging! Sharing my thoughts, spilling my beans, finding new friends and maybe earning a lot of information! First of all, I'd like to thank the Lord for taking care of me during the exams and for helping me remember the things which I have reviewed for almost six months! Thanks to all of you bloggers and Silence Breakers who have continued to visit and read stuff on my blog! My all out appreciation to all of you! Now back to blogging! Now, for my first entry let's take both of our hands together and start to be more conscious of how to take care of them.
Envious of beautiful, soft hands and manicured nails? Your hands can be just as model-perfect with a little moisturizing and maintenance. Follow these nifty and "handy" tips:
- Keep your hands well moisturized. At night before going to bed, slather on a thick hand cream then cover your hands with socks to lock in the moisture. (They work well for the feet too!)
- Combat craggy cuticles by applying a little petroleum jelly on your nail beds before you sleep. Keep them handy throughout the day and reapply them at every sign of dry cuticles
- Use moisturizing soaps. Some of the soaps you find in your home has either alcohol or detergents that dries you skin. Opt instead for natural soaps.
- Don't cut your cuticles. No matter tempted you are to do it, DON'T! Cutting your cuticles off will cause it to grow back rough and uneven. It may also lead to hangnails and may make you vulnerable to infection.
